facilitate what you need, we have taken the most popular formats
that, over time our clients have requested. It is our belief that

The FIRST Step
The first thing that needs to be
done is for you to decide what type of novel you would like. Since
our production operations are guided by the length of the story, it
is that aspect that governs the final product and the final pricing
to you. What this means to you is this. If you have decided to have
a spicy romance novel created the next thing you would do is decide
how long you would like it to be. If you want a very short story of
35 to 40 pages, then you would select Item Number EPYN-AF-0210. If,
on the other hand, you wanted a major work created that would end up
being 300+ pages in a leather bound presentation you would order
Item Number EPYN-ZZ-0511. The content of the latter would, of
course, require more creativity and considerably more time to create
as well as bind. The other obvious consideration in your selection
would be the cost involvement but that is a decision for you to make
and not our staff. It really depends on how much time you have and
what you want the final product to be.
PROCEED TO STEP ONE
The Second Step
Once you have decided which Item
Number you desire, your next step will be to click on the link of
that particular item where you will then be forwarded to an order
entry page. The first page that you will arrive at will be the
detail of your novel. Since we create every romance novel based on
the client order request, the details are fairly lengthy but are
worth taking the time so you get what you want and so too does the
gift recipient if this is intended as a gift. Once you have
completed this form, you will then click on
"Proceed To Payment" where you will be
taken to the preliminary payment page that outlines what you have
elected to purchase. Then, once you have confirmed your choice you
will click on the "Credit Card" icon and be immediately directed to
a secure ("https:") payment page where you will complete the payment
process. By the time you have made your payment, we will have
received your order detail in the production facility. Once you have
completed making your payment, you will be returned to the final
"Thank you" page and you are done. The next stages are ours.
The Third Step
Once we have received your novel
outline, we will assign your docket to a Writer Support Manager
(WSM). The WSM is not the author of your work but a facilitator and
coordinator between you and the writer to ensure that all your needs
are met throughout the writing process up to and including the
shipping of your manuscript upon completion. Simultaneously to your
manuscript docket being assigned to a WSM, you will receive an
acknowledgment of your order that will include a receipt of your
payment and the name of your assigned WSM along with additional
information that is important for us to share with you.
The Fourth Step
You will receive a detailed email from
your WSM within 24 hours of receiving your order. In this email, you
will be asked a series of questions intended to add clarity to the
information you submitted and will become the core essence of the
writing of the manuscript. That email will also verify production
scheduling as well as tentative shipping date. It is important to
note that, where possible, we manipulate our production schedule to
conform to your "Date Required" needs. Although this may not always
be possible, it is always our target.
Over time, the WSM may be contacting
you periodically to ask specific questions or get your thoughts on a
particular aspect of your manuscript. These emails are important
because oftentimes the writer will begin writing a certain episode
and come up with a question and your early response is helpful to
maintain the artistic flow.
Once your manuscript and romance novel has been written, it is then
proof-read for accuracy and consistency before it is edited by a
separate editor. Once these important stages have been completed,
your romance novel is then forwarded to our finishing department
where it is printed and bound then made ready for shipping. When
your romance novel reaches our finishing department, your WSM will
advise you that we are on schedule for shipping on the predetermined
date and then, once it has been shipped.
