The initial
guideline is designed to give the writers and support staff
some basic information in order to get an indication as to
what type of writing is needed. Once we have this initial data
and the order is created, a publishing docket is generated and
a WSM is assigned to the file. The WSM will manage and monitor
the entire writing process from beginning to end. The first
task of the WSM is to gather the entire scope of information
from the client which means all of the information that the
client wishes to be applied to the text in "finished form"
that was not indicated in the original outline.
Since no two
creations are alike, it is the role of the WSM to ensure that
each story is created to the exact specification of the client
and this means that constant email correspondence is ongoing
through the writing process to ensure that the client wishes
are met.

before I receive it? |

long that particular manuscript will take to create. During

Day and other special events, it would be in your best interest to
order earlier rather than later and upon receipt of all orders, we
advise the client of anticipated delivery based on current
schedules as well as indicating whether we can achieve on-time
delivery. We also publish and update our production schedule and
show it on our home page. |

Can we select the
picture for the cover? |

If you have a
specific idea for the cover that involves photographs of the
two main characters, we will be happy to incorporate them into
the cover as long as there is not a great deal of graphic
requirement for our staff. We can add standard pictures,
graphics or scenes in the event you would like something
beyond our standard attractively presented cover page. |

outside of North America. Will you ship to us? |

Yes we will. Our
standard practice of shipping is via the postal system.
Express delivery is available internationally at an additional

Do You translate into
any other language? |

Because the work
is written in English, there are some language translations in
which the intent of the actual text may be distorted
regardless of our best efforts. If you order a custom novel
creation and request it translated we will do so on the
understanding that you accept full responsibility for the
translation. We have, on occasion, submitted both the
translated copy along with a diskette with the original text
to afford the purchaser the option to acquire their own
translation. If you want your manuscript translated into one
of the following languages, please submit an email prior to
ordering and payment to Writer Support and they will direct
your accordingly. Translation languages available include:
Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian,
Norwegian and Traditional Chinese. The cost above that of the
actual creation of the novel is US$75.00. |

Do we get to see
the work prior to completion? |

Romance Novels, you will not receive any pre-release notes or
storylines. The reason for this is simply that most of our
clients want to be able to enjoy the final product in its

Can I have custom pictures in the novel or manuscript? |

You can pretty much
anything you would like except that we are not a graphic picture
lab. If you want special pictures molded into the text, you should
contact the writer support department and explain what you
require. We will accommodate printing the manuscript with 2 or
three pictures furnished by the client but a higher quantity will
be subject to both an additional surcharge as well as approval
from the Production Manager. |

excel. E-Commerce is an area that we believe should be managed
