find here what some of our clients have said to us when taking the
Client Survey or through correspondence with their assigned Writer
Support Manager. We invite all clients to "report back" to us with
all of their comments through our online survey form. Some
comments might be extracted from the Contact Us page but most come
to us via the Client Survey. Please note that client names and
specific locations are masked to protect client privacy. Although
client feedback may be "truncated" to maintain brevity, the
wording of comments has not been edited.
