Custom Romance Novel Creations and our parent herein present the policies which govern the shipping of goods to domestic and international destinations. If you have any questions regarding our shipping and handling policies, please Contact Us for clarification.

Regular Postal Delivery

It is the standard practice of Custom Novel Creations to deliver the completed manuscript or novel to the client via regular postal carrier. There is no additional cost for this service to the Standard price. Duration of shipping time from the time the product leaves our facilities is fully dependent upon the efficiency of the respective postal service and neither MHA Corp nor Custom Novel Creations can assume any responsibility for late delivery of the goods. It is strongly advised that clients use an expedited service for delivery and although their is a marginally greater cost for this service, the product delivery is guaranteed.

The only product shipped from Custom Novel Creations via courier at no additional cost to the client is the Full Length Leather Bound Novel Item Number EPYN-ZZ-0511.

Priority Mail

This is primarily a North American service managed in cooperation between USPS and Canada Post and guarantees delivery within 5 business days from time of shipment. This system allows for client tracking and is guaranteed by both domestic services. Competitively, Priority Post is half the price of Courier Service thereby allowing the client a cost-effective alternative to the expense of Courier Delivery. When ordering Priority Mail delivery, the amount will be added to the price when you select "PRIORITY" in the payment area.

North American Courier

The client may elect to have their manuscript shipped via Courier Service which guarantees delivery within 48 hours of dispatch. This may be ordered by using the "COURIER" selector in the payment area.

International Courier

If time is of the essence and you are not a resident of North America, you can elect to have your manuscript or novel via International Courier allowing for a delivery within 72 hours guaranteed from the time of dispatch. To use this shipping option, select "I-COURIER" in the payment area selector.

Email Delivery

Some clients would prefer to have their manuscript shipped as an attachment via email delivery. If this is the case, simply select "EMAIL" in the payment selector. Email delivery allows clients wishing to print their own manuscript or simply store it on a disk to do so. If you select email delivery for a Custom Romance Novel there is no reduction in price based on a different handling and processing of the raw manuscript.
