We have attempted to create a process that is as easy as possible for clients to order their chosen Custom Romance Novel; however, we do recognize that as easy as we have made it, it can still be a bit complex so this Guide is designed to help our clients through the process seamlessly. When in doubt ask! Our professional staff in the Writer Support Department are always available to help with question. This is YOUR story and what goes into the story is entirely up to you. We know it is going to take a bit of thought so we have created two areas that will prove helpful. REMEMBER that this is only the initial information for us to begin working. Once we have received your order and a Writer Support Manager has been assign to your docket, that manager will be looking for clarification as well as guiding you in areas that may evade you when you are doing the original draft. Our staff does this every day and know the questions to ask in order to get the most out of a story. Although some clients feel comfortable in going drirectly to the ordering process, others prefer to take their time and if the latter best describes you, then follow the guidelines as set out below. The first place you should go is to the Order Draft Copy and print the page. With the hard copy in hand, then go to Detail Suggestions and outline what you want to see based on the suggestions offered. Once you have written out your draft then return to Product Listings and after selecting the product you wish, click on the "Item Number" link and begin filling in the formal detail of your order. Once you have filled in the extensive form to your satisfaction, click on the "ORDER NOW" button at the bottom. Your detail has now been delivered to our secure server and you are directed to a Payment Confirmation page that will ask you to now pay for your order. Some Item Numbers have variables in the pricing which are clearly outlined for example Express Courier. Once you select the "Additional Considerations" you will then be transported to a deeper Secure Server that will commence the processing of your payment. Once we receive your novel details, the docket is created and your information will be sent to the Writer Support Department where your own personal Writer Support Manager will be assigned to your file. That WSM will act as your agent with the writing staff and will make sure that your order is done to perfection. The WSM will generally make first contact with you via email within 24-hours of receiving your order and then on an ongoing basis to ensure that the clarity required by our writers is there to produce your work properly. The WSM will also set the Production Schedule and advise you when your story will be complete and when it will be shipped.
