We value our clients and their comments with respect to the products and the services that we offer. You will find here what some of our clients have said to us when taking the Client Survey or through correspondence with their assigned Writer Support Manager. We invite all clients to "report back" to us with all of their comments through our online survey form. "It isn't often that a company really does stand behind its word. I ordered a novel for my mistress to give to her on her birthday and I ordered it in lots of time. When the novel arrived, of course I read through it and found that it had some serious mistakes in it that would really ruin it for her. There was only two weeks before her birthday and I knew that complaining would be a waste of time but I had to complain anyway. When my Writer Support Manager pulled up initial information, we agreed that it was me who had not been as precise as I should have been which kind of made me mad. The (WSM) told me to give her some time and she would see what she could do for me.
Two days later, she wrote back and told me that a rewrite was in the system and it would be shipped out via express and it would arrive on time. When I asked how much it would cost me, Kim told me that there would be no charge for the rewrite but I would be responsible for the shipping. That was amazing. It was my fault and your company went ahead and fixed the problem anyway. You cannot ask for better service than that and I had it in time and PERFECT for my lady's birthday.!
