Custom Novel Creations made its debut in May, 1995 as a result of a collaboration between the senior partner of MHA Corp and a series of meetings with DCS O'Malley, a writer of romantic novels for the mainstream market. It was decided at the time that Custom Novel Creations would be a joint venture between the management company and the writer. Since the internet was in its infancy, the foresight of MHA Corp was to bring this unique offering to what was perceived as being international in scope and a client base of literally hundreds of thousands of potential clients. MHA Corp was not wrong in its decisions of either partnering with a world class writer or the impact that Custom Novel Creations might have on the world population. For the past 12 years, MHA Corp, through the Custom Romance Novel Creations division, has delivered over 37,651 stories around the world. These storylines and manuscripts have run a wide range of content from family histories that have been creatively penned into exciting personal historical novels to some very graphic works commissioned by wives and husbands to their spouses. The reasons for using Custom Romance Novel Creations are as wide and varied as the number of people who order our manuscripts but there is one constant that is ever-present - people want to give a personal expression of their love or respect to the recipient. For as many manuscripts and romance novels created by Custom Romance Novel Creations who use them as gifts, an equal number of clients order them for their own personal enjoyment. At the inception of Custom Romance Novel Creations, there was a staff of one writer and one editor and the balance of support came from staff from MHA Corp filling in as demand required. Today, Custom Novel Creations employs 53 writers who specialize in different writing styles as well as 9 Writer Support Managers whose role is to ensure that the final content of the manuscript is what the client ordered as well as ensuring that writers are on target for our guaranteed delivery date. We also have 13 editors and proofreaders and a small finishing department of 6 who ensure that the words are printed properly and bound in accordance with the customer's request. Custom Romance Novel Creations was envisioned as a customer driven product group where the customer always comes first and will be accommodated in every way possible through the unique gift products that are created under the watchful eye and tutelage of DCS O'Malley. Where once there was optimism that visitors would embrace the concept of havng a Custom Romance Novel Creation commissioned, that optimism has become fact under the continual and positive feedback from our clients that we service unrelentingly to ensure that they are happy with their personal manuscript. |
